Are prices in ZAR?
Yes — all listed prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). For international clients, we can quote in USD or GBP. Contact us directly to arrange this.
Do you offer payment plans for courses?
For individual courses, we offer a 2-month split payment option. For the Coached Track, the monthly billing model is effectively a payment plan. Reach out if you need a different arrangement — we try to be flexible for committed learners.
Do you issue invoices? Can we pay via EFT?
Yes. We issue VAT-compliant tax invoices through JVW Business Solutions. EFT is available for all consulting engagements and team subscriptions. Online card payments are available for individual course purchases.
Can I cancel my All-Access subscription anytime?
Yes — month to month, cancel anytime. You retain access until the end of the billing period. Any courses you completed remain accessible to you permanently after cancellation.

How are consulting projects scoped and priced?
After a discovery call, we’ll send a written proposal with a defined scope, timeline, and fixed price. We don’t do open-ended hourly billing on projects — you know exactly what you’re getting and what it costs before we start.

How long do consulting projects typically take?
Most dashboard and reporting projects run 2–6 weeks depending on scope and data complexity. Retainer arrangements are ongoing by design. We’ll give you a realistic timeline in the proposal — we don’t over-promise on delivery.
Do you work with clients outside South Africa?
Yes. We work fully remotely and have experience collaborating across time zones. Discovery calls are available in SAST, GMT, and US Eastern hours by arrangement.

Do I need technical experience to start a course?
It depends on the course. Each course page lists the expected starting point clearly. Most of our courses are aimed at working analysts who already have some exposure to data — not complete beginners. If you’re unsure, book a quick call and we’ll point you in the right direction.
What’s the difference between a course and a workshop?
Courses are self-paced and online — work through the material in your own time. Workshops are live sessions (online or in-person) with a fixed date and interactive format. Both are built around practical outcomes, not theory.
Can I get a refund if the course isn’t right for me?
We offer a 7-day refund window from purchase, provided you haven’t completed more than 20% of the course content. If you’re on the fence, book a call first — we’d rather make sure it’s the right fit before you buy.
Are workshops available for private teams or companies?
Yes. Private workshops can be tailored for your team’s specific tools, data environment, and skill level. These are priced separately — book a call to discuss scope and scheduling.
