The throughline through all of it has been a single question: why does this work the way it does? Not just what the data says, but what business processes created it, what rules govern it, and what decisions it should inform. That curiosity is what makes the difference between a report and an insight.

I hold an MBA in Data Analytics — not because a qualification changes how I think, but because it gave me the language and rigour to operate credibly at the boardroom level as well as the query level. I do both. Often on the same day.
